At CandleCrate, we craft every candle with 100% clean-burning soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our candles are made in Malta and our goal is simple, elevating your space with scents that inspire and bring comfort. Burn Time: 25+ hours
 

When burning your candle, always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from drafts to ensure a steady, even flame. For the best results, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar during each burn to prevent tunneling. When it’s time to extinguish the flame, use a candle snuffer to minimize smoke and soot. For safety, discontinue use once only ¼ inch of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.

The strength of fragrance can vary depending on your environment; room size, airflow, and burn time all play a role. While our candles are designed to deliver a rich scent experience, intensity may differ from person to person.

Allergy & Sensitivity

Our candles are made with high-quality ingredients, but certain fragrances may trigger sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals. If you have allergies or asthma, please review the ingredient list or consult a healthcare provider before use. Candles may contain both natural and synthetic fragrance oils.

Handmade Variations

Because each candle is hand-poured, slight differences in color, texture, and scent may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal handcraft process and do not affect the quality or performance.

Glass Containers

While safe and durable, exposure to heat may naturally cause some fading over time. Store your candle in a cool, dry place when not in use, and avoid prolonged burns in direct heat or sunlight to preserve the finish.

Each of our candles is lovingly crafted by hand. Because they are made individually, not mass-produced, every candle has its own personality. This means slight differences in colour, swirl patterns, texture, or shape are completely normal. These variations are part of their charm and reflect the natural, artistic process behind every piece. No two candles will ever look exactly the same, making yours truly one of a kind.

Burn Time May Vary

Burn time can differ based on environmental factors such as room temperature, airflow, and how long the candle is lit. Natural variations are expected.

Storage & Safety

• Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent discoloration or melting.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets at all times.
• Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant, and non-flammable surface.
• Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn to ensure a clean and controlled flame.
• Keep candles away from drafts, vents, or fans to prevent uneven burning or soot.
• Always keep a safe distance between burning candles.
• Do not leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish completely before leaving the room or going to sleep.
• Avoid moving a candle while it is lit or the wax is still hot.
• Discontinue use when about 1 cm of wax remains to prevent overheating of the container.
