Free Delivery: On orders of €25 and over in Malta and €60 for Gozo

Returns & Exchanges
We want your Candle Crate experience to burn bright! If your candles aren’t quite the glow you were expecting, we offer a refund or exchange as long as the candles are:

Refunds are available only to the original purchaser.

A €5 delivery charge applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange & Pricing Details

Replacement items will be charged at the current rate, with any available promotions applied.

Your candle will be inspected to ensure it’s unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Once approved, a refund or store credit will be issued (minus the €5 delivery charge).
